1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FileNav, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

FileNav is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants the right to use it on machines as defined by your plan. Redistribution, modification, or reverse engineering is not permitted.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Non-payment results in a 7-day grace period, after which access is suspended. No pro-rated refunds for early cancellation.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan has monthly limits for voice chat and TTS synthesis. These limits ensure service quality. Excess usage temporarily suspends those features until the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

FileNav may not be used for illegal activities, spam, or any use that harms other users or the service infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

FileNav is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the software.
