We collect: email, name, hardware identifier (anonymous machine hash), service usage data (chat minutes, TTS characters) and access logs with IP.
We use your data for: authentication, license control, transactional emails and usage limit monitoring. We do not sell data to third parties.
Audit logs are kept for 90 days. Monthly usage data is automatically deleted after the cycle. Your account and associated data are kept while the account exists.
You have the right to: access your data, correct it, export it, and delete it. To request full account deletion, contact us.
Passwords are stored with bcrypt. Sensitive tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes. All communication is encrypted via TLS.
